I draw from a wide range of experiences when designing solutions for clients and facilitating them through the innovation process. My toolkit is informed by experience responding to and managing disasters and emergencies, teaching children and teenagers how to sail, my MBA, my experience as a digital marketing entrepreneur, my love of design and design methods, and more: the entirety of my three decades on this earth. My broad experience and targeted expertise serve clients well as we work through the innovation process together to co-create solutions that will be commercially successful because we took the Human-Centered Design approach.

I live at the intersection of innovation strategy and the digital enterprise. My passion for "finding the gap," synthesizing the unmet needs that comprise this capability or experience gap - amounting to the opportunity for innovation, and putting the right people in the right environment to fill the gap, leads to transformational solutions that drive sustainable value and competitive advantage.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from the City University of New York and earned my MBA from Rutgers Business School as well as a "Mini Masters Certificate" in User Experience Design from Rutgers. I'm also currently studying part-time for a Masters in Design & Technology at SUNY Polytechnic and have completed graduate coursework in Organizational Behavior at NYU.

My educational background enables me to select and apply the most appropriate design methods to solve a given challenge, ensure that solutions result in positive ROI and are aligned with business operations, and professionally manage the transformation needed to realize and enable the future state. Simultaneously, as a digital native (I launched my first social media marketing consultancy in 2004) that has worked with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50s and spent time working with limited means in government emergency response, I know how to maximize available resources through lean and agile approaches in order to get things done effectively and efficiently.
